For over a decade, my life has revolved around capturing those brief moments that, for many, go unnoticed in the bustling urban landscape. As a street photographer and educator, I've had the privilege of sharing my passion and knowledge through international workshops and my online platform, the Street Photography Academy.

Global Photography Experience:
My journey in street photography began with a simple camera and an insatiable curiosity for the untold stories of the city. Soon, this passion led me to exhibit in renowned cultural centers in Hong Kong and Madrid. I have conducted workshops in diverse locations such as Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Macao, Taiwan, and Korea, each place offering its unique tapestry of emotions and everyday scenes. This diversity of settings has enriched my artistic vision, allowing me to see and teach how each image tells a deep and complex story.
Creating the Street Photography Academy:
Over time, my desire to share this passion with a broader audience led me to establish the Street Photography Academy. This platform not only serves as a space to learn techniques and theories but also as a community where enthusiasts from around the world can connect and grow together. Through the academy, I teach not only how to capture images but also how to 'read' photographs, an essential skill for any photographer wishing to delve deeper into the art.
Innovation and Sharing Knowledge Through YouTube:
Furthermore, I have expanded my teaching to a YouTube channel, where under my artistic name, "Miguelitor," I explore various aspects of street photography. In this space, I not only share my own experiences and tips but also interview other photographers, thus providing a platform for multiple voices and styles to be expressed and celebrated.
Conclusion:
Street photography is more than a photographic genre; it is a way of life that allows one to connect with the human and the fleeting. Each shot is an act of observation and acknowledgment, a way to preserve the now for the future. Through my workshops, exhibitions, the academy, and my YouTube channel, I continue to dedicate myself to this art, hoping to inspire and educate the next generations of street photographers.
